To solve civil complaints, this study is about developing and application(organization) of floor noise management system at apartment houses. Also, after being applied to the system, it was analyzed the progression of the reduced civil complaints. In addition, it was searched the price changes of the apartment complexes dividing them into two groups: applied floor noise management system and non-applied (over a year, two years have passed). To this end, similarity was required like adjacency, the dimensions, and completion year among apartment complexes and nearby apartment complexes.
